General Terms of Sale for a 'Pet' Puppy
Below are general terms of sale for a 'pet' puppy. There are different terms for a 'show' puppy. Please contact me for more information on purchasing or fostering a 'show' puppy.
- Puppies will go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age
- Puppies will be tatooed or microchipped and CKC registered
- Both sire and dam are in excellent health and have had: eyes certified, hips evaluated, blood work and urinalysis tests
- Puppies health guaranteed until 2 years of age
- Puppies will have their first shots and be checked by a veterinarian
- Purchaser should have a secure area (fenced) for dog to exercise
- Purchaser will be expected to sign a non-breeding sales contract
- Purchaser agrees to spay/neuter 'pet' puppy before 10 months of age
- Cost of a 'pet' puppy is $1900. Delivery is not included.
- A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Deposit is only refundable if I do not have a puppy available from the expected litter.
- Sex of the puppy cannot be guaranteed for expectant litters
